Dick Middelweerd’s style of cooking is very resilient. He is a chef who dares to combine and create contrasts. His creativity is unrestrained, always with an eye for tradition. With Asian influences he searches for umami flavors and extra depth, so you can enjoy an oriental-inspired preparation based lobster as well as a powerful game dish during the season (Michelin Guide, 2022).

The arrangement is all about an unforgettable evening out, starting at the hotel with coffee or tea. After the check-in you can enjoy the beautiful Blue Suite! For example, take a lovely bath and admire the monumental elements in the room. The taxi will bring you to the restaurant and take you back to the hotel at a fixed time. In the morning a fresh a-la-carte breakfast is served, weather permitting, of course in the hotel garden.
